Popular Houston Cajun-Creole Seafood Restaurant to Open New Location
Houston, Texas (PRWEB) February 11, 2014 -- Houston’s Crawfish Café to open a new location in nearby Katy. Drawing on the popularity of the original restaurant in Houston’s Chinatown, the new one will likewise offer a menu built around Asian-inspired Cajun-Creole seafood dishes.
Restaurant owner Kiet Duong says he is thrilled to be bringing his brand to suburban diners who may not be regular Chinatown visitors.
“We will enjoy providing Houston’s seafood lovers with a great Cajun option at two locations,” he adds. “And we expect to quickly win the loyalty of our new Katy neighbors.”
The restaurant’s specialty is Louisiana crawfish along with other Cajun classics like gumbo, grilled oysters and fried seafood. As noted by the Houston Chronicle, “The garlic-butter spice blend is the most popular here and for good reason: the deep, sweet garlic notes and complex layer of flavors are delicious.”
The restaurant’s Houston address is 11209 Bellaire Boulevard. The new Katy branch is located at 811 South Mason Road.
